Relief

And once again, it is extremely comforting to see how things turn out eventually. doesn't it irk you that sometimes, only after a period of time or if you had taken a step back then you can see the whole picture? because i know for a fact that that pisses me off.

Frivolous sentiments. Is it that great to cling on desperately to events of the past?

I would say yes in a heartbeat.
